Who did what, and when. Use it to check who changed a price, what a user searched, or who signed in.
Activity sorting
Every activity gets a kind (Manufacture / Service / Commercial) and a sector. Most come straight from the file (licence type or activity code). Only activities the file cannot decide are sorted by AI, and every AI answer is checked: it must quote words from that activity's own text and may only match codes the system offered. Answers that fail the check are thrown away. You can correct any activity here.
Reports & audit
Who searched what, when, and for which client company. The log cannot be edited or deleted.

Choose the activities
How the activities are sorted
- Category (Commercial / Professional / Industrial): from the free zone's file. Its licence type first. Otherwise the activity code (codes 10–33 make goods → Industrial, 45–47 buy and sell goods → Commercial, everything else → Professional). Only when the file has neither, AI sorts it from the activity's own words, and the answer is checked against the file text. These are tagged AI-sorted.
- Sector: the official section of the activity code (the same numbering in every free zone).
- Category: the free zone's own heading in its file (e.g. RAKEZ "Metals & its products trading"). Some files have none.
- Activity: the exact name, code and approvals as written in the file. Open an activity to see everything the file says about it.
